Did you order the wrong item?
lamaisonsage accepts returns of product that has not been worn within 30 days of order placement. Simply contact infolamaisonsage@gmail.com to request return information and we will happily assist you on how to return or exchange your purchase.

Problem with your purchase?
lamaisonsage stands by our quality and offers a 60 day warranty on all of our products. We will be happy to exchange any damaged goods for a replacement of the same style or a style of equal value that we have available in our inventory. Contact infolamaisonsage@gmail.com to claim your warranty and our team will help you through the process.

What is our policy on sale items?
Please note all lamaisonsage product purchased at a sale price is final sale and our 30 day return policy does not apply to these items.

NOTE: Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense. We do not provide a pre-paid return label to return your package. Please make sure to ship your package with a tracking number, signed delivery and/or insurance, as lamaisonsage is not held responsible for any lost returns.
